Product demo

Try our MES.
No login, no installation.

Below runs a slice of the HyperVision MES on a demonstration database we prepared — a plant with six stations, orders, stoppages and history. Click as if it were your own shop floor.

Login and start-up as on the floor

The demo opens with a login screen in a browser window on a monitor. The demo accounts are listed below the form; the password is demo.

Click as much as you like

Record production, report scrap and stoppages, raise Andon calls, close orders. All of it genuinely works.

A refresh wipes everything

F5 restores the starting state. Nothing is kept in cookies or local storage — there is nothing you can break.

Your role decides what you see

Operator, maintenance technician, shift supervisor, manager. The role changes not just the buttons but the list of modules in the menu — the operator has four, the manager has all of them.

A five-minute walkthrough

Not sure where to start? Take these four steps

Each one shows a different part of the system — and the fact that the numbers on the dashboard come from events, not from a spreadsheet.

  1. 1

    Sign in to the system

On the login screen click one of the demo accounts (password: demo) and wait a moment for the system to start. The role you pick decides what you will see.

  2. 2

    Open the Operator panel

Pick machine WTR-01 and add pieces with the +10 button. This is the screen that hangs by the machine.

  3. 3

    Report a breakdown

On the “Downtime” tile choose Breakdown. One press stops the machine, raises an Andon call and creates a maintenance task — three modules, one event.

  4. 4

    Look at the Dashboard

OEE and availability recalculate from your clicks. Nothing is hard-coded.

  5. 5

Switch to the maintenance technician and tick off the repair

Closing the task ends the stoppage and clears the Andon call, and the machine goes back to work. It works the same way round — ending the stoppage closes the call.

The demo deliberately leaves out the modules that only make sense on your own data — batch genealogy, the warehouse and controller integrations. Those we show live, during a presentation.

Next step

Start with one report that changes the conversation on the floor

The kick-off workshop takes 90 minutes. You leave with a list of metrics your data can actually support and a quote in ranges.
