Implementation

Implementation in four stages. Something really works after each one.

We do not run six-month analyses that end in a presentation. We work incrementally, and you decide on the next stage holding the result of the previous one.

Stage 01 · Workshop

We establish what is worth measuring at all

1 day, no upfront fee

  • We walk the floor and write down the real data sources
  • We pick 5–8 metrics that actually change decisions
  • We check what can be calculated now and what needs retrofitting
  • You leave with a written note and a quote in ranges

Stage 02 · Pilot

One area, one working report

2–3 weeks · from 8,000 PLN

  • First source connected: PLC, SCADA, MES or a file
  • Data model and DAX measures for the chosen area
  • A Power BI report handed to the production team
  • A go/no-go decision made on facts, not on declarations

Stage 03 · Scaling

One truth for the whole plant

4–6 weeks · quoted individually

  • Several areas in one semantic model
  • Five reports: separately for production and for the board
  • Automatic refresh and row-level access control
  • Team training, so changes do not require us

Stage 04 · Development

Prediction, integrations, support

quoted individually or on subscription

  • Predictive models and anomaly detection
  • Integrations with ERP, APS and CMMS over an API
  • Extending the MES with further modules and stations
  • Ongoing report development and data quality review

On your side

What we need from you

Three things. The rest is on us.

Somebody who knows the process

Roughly 2–4 hours a week. Someone who can say why the line stops on Thursdays.

Access to the data

Reads from controllers, an ERP export or a technical account. Scope is agreed at the workshop.

A decision on the pilot scope

One area. The narrower it is, the sooner you see the result.

Start

The first step is one day on the shop floor

The kick-off workshop does not require a budget decision. It ends with a list of metrics and a quote in ranges.
